My created WMA file is invalid, why?
If you create invalid wma files, please download wmfdist.exe and install it on your computer, then reinstall our software.
While attempting to convert a WMA file, the software does not seem to respond. What could be the problem?
Sometimes, the software can not convert WMA files to mp3/wav/wma files. Or the procedure goes very quickly and you can not find the converted files anywhere. If this occurs on your computer, it may because that your WMA files are protected, or locked. Some WMA files are intentionally protected, while others are automatically protected upon creation by the producing software. Our HiFi MP3 WAV Converter can't and won't decrypt protected WMA files for copyright reason.

How to get smaller files?
To create small file, please lower the parameters. But the lower the parameters, the lower the quality of your created file, though the smaller the file. In other words, the higher the parameters, the higher the quality of your created file, but the larger the file. Please increase/decrease frequency and bitrate accordingly. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate and so on.
What is the update/upgrade policy?

Lost Registration information Policy
If you have purchased and, for whatever reason, you lost the register information, simply email to sales@hifi-soft.com and we will resend you register information as soon as possible. Remember to tell us your order ID.

I have purchased HiFi MP3 WAV Converter. What happens if I format my computer or my system crashes? Will the Product ID change and my unlock code no longer work? With the current version of HiFi MP3 WAV Converter, the Product ID does not change if you format your computer or your system crashes. Therefore, your register information will still be valid, and you should not need new purchase information.

How to register? To register, click "Settings" and active the registration form, then input the registration name and code EXACTLY as what we have sent you. The register information will be sent as 'Register Name: ### Register Code: ###'. Please try to copy the register information instead of typing it one by one letter, for it is difficult to identify letter 'l' from number '1' and identify letter 'o' from number '0'. After doing that, press 'Register' button then a message will appear to inform you that you have successfully registered. You are now a registered owner of mp3 audio record joiner!

Convert WAV to MP3
HiFi MP3 WAV Converter supports converting your WAV, WMA, OGG files to MP3 files. To convert WAV, WMA, OGG to MP3 or resample MP3, just do as below:
1. Add files by "Add File" or "Add Path". MP3, WAV are all accepted. Remove the file by clicking "Remove" or "Clear" button - Just remove the file-recorder from filelist, not really delect them from your computer.
2. Do your settings. You can set the parameters yourself. Just click "Options" button and active the "MP3 Setting" page, then you can do your settings. If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, Frequency is 44,100Hz, Channel is Stereo, Bitrate is 128kb, Quality is 8, VBR Bitrate is 128kb, VBR Quality is 8. Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.
3. To edit the ID3 information, just select the file you want to edit and then click "ID3 Tag", edit the Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment information for the created mp3 file.
4. Choose Output Settings to "MP3", click "Convert", then the conversion will begin. To terminate the conversion, click "Stop" button.
Notice: 1. After clicking "Convert", if a message as "Don't support this MP3 format, please reset." appears, it because you have set high frequency and low bitrate or have set low frequency and high bitrate. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate and so on.2. VBR stands for "Variable Bit Rate". Using VBR will allow the sampler to vary the bit rate depending on the profile of the incoming audio signal.
Convert MP3 to WAV
HiFi MP3 WAV Converter supports converting your MP3 files to WAV files. To convert your MP3 to WAV or resample WAV, just do as below:
1. Add files by "Add File" or "Add Path". MP3, WAV are all accepted. Remove the file by clicking "Remove" or "Clear" button - Just remove the file-recorder from filelist, not really delect them from your computer.

If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, choose "Best suited WAV format". Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.
3. To edit the ID3 information, just select the file you want to edit and then click "ID3 Tag", edit the Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment information for the created wav file.
4. Choose Output Settings to "WAV", click "Convert", then the conversion will begin. To terminate the conversion, click "Stop" button.
Notice:
1. To create CD quality WAV files for burning CD, choose "CD quality WAV format(for burning audio CD)".
2. To set the parameters by yourself, choose "Custom format" and then do the settings.
ID3-Editor
In HiFi MP3 WAV Converter, there is a ID3-Editor. You can edit the ID3 information of created MP3 files. Click "ID3 " and fill the tag information you want your created file has, then click "Ok" button. When converting files, the ID3 information will be written into your created file. The ID3 information on the ID3 windows is Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment.
Notice:
The title information is also the name of the created file. If you edit the title information in ID3 Windows and click "Ok" button to save your modification, in the main windows' file list, the "File Name" of that file will be changed accordingly, the created file's name will be changed accordingly too. For example, if you set one file's title information to "test", the created file will be named to "test".
