How to register?
To register, click "Settings" and active the registration form, then input the registration name and code EXACTLY as what we have sent you. The register information will be sent as 'Register Name: ### Register Code: ###'. Please try to copy the register information instead of typing it one by one letter, for it is difficult to identify letter 'l' from number '1' and identify letter 'o' from number '0'. After doing that, press 'Register' button then a message will appear to inform you that you have successfully registered. You are now a registered owner of Video to Audio Cutter Joiner!

Getting Started

Cut piece from one large audio file
video to audio cutter supports MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG and RM format. You can add any those four formats audio files and then cut them to the format you have choose. video to audio cutter is a real time audio encoding/decoding, no disk space will be used when cutting audio files.

video to audio cutter allows users set parameters of MP3, WAV, WMA, RM and OGG files. There are rich options of WAV decode, MP3 encoder, WMA encoder and OGG encoder. To modify the settings, just click "Option" and do on the Settings Windows. If it is your first time using it. video to audio cutter will use the default settings. By default, MP3 format is frequency - 44,100Hz, Channel - Stereo, Bitrate - 128kb, Quality - 8, VBR Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Quality - 8; WAV format choose "Best suited WAV format" mode; WMA format choose " WMA9 44KHz, 128Kbps, Stereo, CBR "; OGG format is Frequency - 44,100Hz, Channel - Stereo, Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Max Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Min Bitrate - 128kb, VBR Quality - 600, disable VBR and VBR Quality .If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.

Notice:
To create small file, please low the parameters. But the low the parameters such as frequency and bitrate, the low the quality of your created file, though the small the file. In other words, the high the parameters, the high the quality of your created file, but the large the file.

Cut piece from one big VIDEO file

Video to audio cutter is a batch cutter. If you have many files to cut and want to do it at one time, Video to audio cutter is your best choice. Add the files you want to cut from, set start-time and end-time for every file, then click "Cut", the files will be cutted and converted one by one. Supports Output MP3, WAV, WMA, RM and OGG format, you can add video files and save your files as any of these 5 formats. video to audio cutter is real time encoding/decoding, no disk space will be used when cutting audio files. There is a small id3-tag editor built in audio cutter and the id3 information of the original files will be written into the created new files. In other words, the id3 information won't be lost after cutting.

To cut piece from one big audio file, please do as below:
1. Click "Add" button or File -> Add File to add the files you want to edit. Multi-add is supported. You can add more than one file by pressing the Ctrl key while clicking the files or pressing the Shift key and using the arrows to select a range of files.
2. Click "Remove" button or File -> Remove File to remove the selected files from the filelist, not from your computer.
3. Click "Clear" button or File -> Clear to clear the filelist, not delete files from from your computer.
4. Set begin-time/end-time for every file. After you add the file, default begin-time is "00:00:00", default end-time is the length of that file, but you can set begin-time/end-time yourself. Set time by pre-listen that song. Single-click on the file to select it, click "Play" button to play it, click " begin" button to change begin-time, click "end" button to change end-time, click "ok" button to notarize.
5. Set parameters for created file. Click "Options" and change the parameters. Remember to click "Ok" button to save your setting.
6.Choose output format and click "Browse" button to set the output directory for cutting file.
7. Click "Cut" button, then video to audio cutter will cut the files in filelist one by one. To stop marging, just click "Stop" button.

Notice:
1. After clicking "Cut", if a message as "Don't support this MP3/OGG format, please reset." appears, it because you have set high frequency and low bitrate or have set low frequency and high bitrate. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate such as set frequency to 48KHz and bitrate to 128Kbps or set frequency to 8KHz and bitrate to 32Kbps.
2. To listen the file from the start-time to end-time, check "Pre-listen". By default, "Pre-listen" is unchecked, file will be played from begin to end.
